I have been sending out good will letters and emails for a while now. I sent emails to the executive offices of some of my accounts. I have recieved response back from Bank of america and capital one with the person that called telling me that it is not their policy to change accounts that are reporting correctly. I'm sure many of you have heard this sort of response before. What I'm wondering is once they call back like this is there anything else I can do? Should I try mailing letters to different addresses and hope someone else recives the letter? Thank you for your help.
