I have read many threads and just seem to say two different things. I have a CA for 800.00 from like 2005. The DOFD is 2005. Now the SOL is three years in WA but i was recently making payments to the CA until i found out that it wont do anything for me. I sent them a PFD.
Has the SOL changed since I made a pyment to the CA not the OC. I thought the SOL was from the DOFD? Please help
