I have two RBC Bank installment loans showing 30 days as of July 2002, Feb 2002
Both loans were signed the same day and were last paid the same day , yet on my Experian report one is scheduled to remain until January 2011 and the other until April 2009 how can this be so and where should I begin in order to correct this?
Thanks,
W
Were these paid and closed accounts that just had lates?
Did these accounts go delinquent?
What is the date closed? What is the DOFD-- the date of delinquency that led to the charge off/collection- if applicable?
Here are the entries . I think the last payment was made November 2001 but I'm not certain. As you can see the only date thats different is the date it is scheduled to continue on record until.

To me, it looks like you went delinquent July 2002(30 days), then 60 days Aug 2002, then 90 days Sept 2002, then it was charged off at 120 days which was Oct 2002.
I would read the Re-Aging thread and follow the steps. I believe the first step is to dispute " incorrect FCRA Compliance Date".
You can also start by calling the CRA and asking for the FCRA Compliance Date, just do not dispute over the phone and make it clear you are not disputing, but asking for more information.
The one below looks fine.
