I got an email today from RJM stating that they are going to delete the debt from my Transunion and Experian reports. I paid them in fill yesterday and asked over the phone if they could have the debt deleted and they said yes and they'd said me a letter once I paid them. I was skeptical at first since I didn't have anything in writing but today I received it in my email. They even stated that if for some reason it was not updated in 45 days, to use that letter as a way to prove it should be deleted. I'm glad one creditor our there plays nice. 
A few years ago I had a book club bill that they had acquired for $139 and did a PFD with them for $59. They accepted and deleted it promptly.
