Hello everyone!!! First, I just want to say how excited I am to be apart of this community!!! There's a wealth of information on this site just waiting to be learned and I can't wait to learn it all at the same time share my own stories, thought and opinions. With that being said, I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to PM me an email address for RJM. I have two, four year old fully paid accounts that are still being reported as having balances and I was thinking a good will letter might be my best approach for getting them completely deleted. Thanks in advance guys!!!
**I posted this message in a previous thread, and was sort of dissapointed when no one replied. That's until I realized I wasn't getting feed back because the thread was old.
See, I'm learning already!!!**

I would just call RJM they are pretty good about deleting stuff. Do you have their number?
Thanks for the reply Steelersfan904. I do have their number, but from what I've read on here, it seems emailing produces better results. If I call will they still be able to pull up my info? And if so, how do I go about getting them to delete the past accounts? Thanks. I appreciate the help.

not with them they were the easiest ca to deal with. i requested a delete and they simply sent me a letter stating they would delete upon payment. very easy ca to deal with
Ok. I'm going to call now. Thanks rootpooty!!!
**UPDATE** Just like you all said, I called and before I could even plead my case, the representative had already typed in my account information and put a request in for deletion. She said it wouldn't kick in until July, but if I wanted it gone sooner that I could contact each bureau's and in return they would contact RJM to verify and it would be removed immediately. Man I'm so happy I don't know what to do!!! And to think, had I known about this two years ago, my credit score would be halfway descent!!! Oh, well. Thanks anyway for the help guys!!!!

Good! Yeah I filed a dispute with one of the CRA just like the guy told you, less than a week later they deleted all the tradelines from all three CRA
@Steelersfan904 Yep, that's what they told me. I'm putting in into effect as we speak. Thanks!!!
Hi, I have RJM on my credit file as well. I had it removed from all bureaus except Experian. I disputed it but they verified it. Not sure how. It says it is from the Childrens book of the month club for $96. I have never ordered from them and from what I understand no personal info is required to buy they just mail you books and you pay. How would this be verified? Can someone please PM me their phone number or email? Since I can't dispute through Experian again except by mail, can RJM remove it just by calling them? Your help would be much appreciated.
