You should post this (or it will be moved) to the rebuilding your credit forums. There are many people there who can lead you in the right direction.

Re: Really Need Help !!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum.

When dealing with medical collections it is advised that you go through the hipaa process. This process protects you and makes sure that your collections are deleted. Now you will have to pay all medical collections in order for the process to work.

Can you list your current collections?

Example:

CA

Amount

DOFD

Start with this and i'm sure you will receive more help.

Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

Re: Really Need Help !!!!!

Have you talked to the hospital?  I know sometimes they have patient financial departments that will find grants and the like to help out.  I have a friend who was hospitalized in September and died several days later, but the hospital that she was at essentially had some kind of grant that took care of it (no insurance, already hundreds of thousands into medical debt....)
