Hello everyone, I am just giving an update as well as some feedback on the above company and my experience with them. My last post I was at 565 Experian since then roughly 1.5 months after I am at 589. Not a large jump but it is progress, In addition the CS360 account that I figured I would give a shot seems to have done something as of today, I received an update stating two accounts have been deleted I am curious to see how long it takes for my credit report to show this, Also does it only delete for transunion or for all 3? The company has disputed 6 accounts total, So far they have deleted 2 as of today.
Enhanced Recovery LLC - Deleted
Credit Collection Services MA - Deleted
Eos CCA - Under Review
Portfolio recover associates - Agreed to PFD
Diversified Consultants - Stagnant - Going to try PFD
LVNV Funding - Stagnant - Going to try PFD
My question is essentially, Is it safe to stop paying cs360? Should I hang tight until these items are off of my report using experian.com? I currently still have my selflender and my secured credit card trough PNC that I have owned for about a year. I am considering getting another secured card that may graduate.
In addition, Since it looks like CS360 only uses transunion. Can anyone confirm if it is deleted from TU it will delete from experian and equifax? or is there something i would have to do on my end?

Was this collection reporting to all three?
You keep mentioning TU, is that because you disputed with TU only?
Also, what do you mean by CA only "using" TU?

The collection reports to all three however collectionshield 360 only shows me a tu report. So I was wondering once they delete off of TU can I send letters to the others or will they automatically remove once they see TU has removed it?
If collection agency was reporting to all three CRAs, deletion should happen on all three.
I am making an assumption here that you did not dispute with TU, rather worked directly with CA
Give it some time and see if it's deleted from EX and EQ.
EQ you can check with CK, they update weekly. EX offers free report and you can get daily TU report from Wallet Hub.
If they only remove from one report its not worth paying for.
I saw their FB page answer this question exactly. They are disputing with the CA, not the CRAs. So evidently, when they request deletions, they demand it be deleted from all 3. It may take a different amount of time for each CRA, but they should be removed from each one. If one is lagging behind the other longer than a month I would check with CS360, and they should reach out to the CA to see what's going on.
Just a word of cautio, I would deal with LVNV Funding sooner than later. I have had them on my CR report in the past. It was not on their long before they were filing a judgement against me. I had both my bank account and paycheck garnished from them. On 2 seperate occasions I had my entire bank account emptied by their filings. In the end I know it's my fault but that is hard to recover from. So take it from me and deal with them first on your list.
Update, I did confirm these two accounts were removed from my collections on all three bureaus. Score did not change at all on any of the three, WIth that being said should the score change eventually? My Collection debt dropped roughly 1700 dollars. I have roughly 2500 left in collection debt, 700 is what I am doing a PFD for this friday so about 1800 after thats done. Should I see any change? All scores are 570-589 and slowly going up, last increase was by 5 when my PNC card reported lower utilization of 5percent.
I would expect to see an increase eventually. However, you might not see it until you finish paying off all of the collection balances. As you noticed Fico8 is most sensitive to credit card utilization, as you saw your score increase when your percentage went down.
When I had several collections I resolved, I didn't see much of an increase in my score until resolving the last account. Even having them report at 0$ caused my score to increase.
