I bought a car while I was in the Army stationed in North Carolina. Decided a few years later to leave the military and move back to WV. Since I couldn't afford the payment after I got out of the Army. It was repoed while I lived in WV and charged off in 6/2003 as bad debt. Now which state SOL do I have to worry about, bought it in NC. repoed in WV. Due to fall off credit file in 2010 Thanks for the Forums this is my first post.
