Response to PFD

I received a response to my PFD leter from a couple of weeks ago, however it seems kind of "iffy". The CA explained my charges and fees blah blah, but at the bottom they wrote "They would request the items to be removed". Should I write back and get them to spell it out that they would remove from my reports or is this sufficent?

thankyou

Re: Response to PFD

I would'nt because if reading between the lines they did advise that they would "request" for the tl to be deleted.  I think your safeSmiley Wink

Re: Response to PFD

Wording is very important!!!!

I would contact them & tell them that you want a letter from them stating....All referance to this account will be deleted from our data base and all credit reporting  to all CBs will be deleted.

Re: Response to PFD

I received a response to my clarification PFD, I asked that they spell it out that they would remove the items when paid, well she sent back a letter with all the information however; still used the "request" wording for the items to be removed, should I pay and cross my fingers or write another letter??

thanks
