Retrieving reports from CRA's backdoor question

Is there an allotted amount of times you actually get your credit report through the backdoor? IE: Starting a dispute but not finishing through OR using the credit denial method? Curious because I'm too impatient to wait for snail mail. Thanks!

For equifax and transunion, i use the backdoor every few days mainly to look at soft inquiries/account review inquiries etc. Seems to be unlimited.

For experian, after about 3 attempts, it locked me out.
