SOL question

Hi I'm new to MYFICO found alot of useful info and decided to join. I was previously going to pay a Credit Restoration Agency to deal with fixing my credit but found I could ido it myself with alot of leg work for almost free!!

I hardly check my credit report( I know bad) but I've know my credit was bad so pay mostly everything in cash, Just recently I plan on fixing my credit with using SOL and PFD. Question:

Collection Agency: MIDLAND CREDIT MGMT

Original Creditor: MCI COMM. SERVICES

Status: Collection account. $576 pas due as of Mar 2009

Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until APR 2009

Im guessing the SOL is APR 2009. How do I go about sending a SOL letter to get it deleted off my credit reporting or will it come off by itself or should I do a PFD letter?

Thank in advance for any/all replies and advice.

Re: SOL question

Give it to the end of the month. It should be deleted on its own.

That will only be on EX and TU reports that are pulled directly from them and not as a part of a monitoring service they offer.

They don't always display it but normally do for most accounts.

EQ will show a DOFD.
