Anyone know what the SOL's in NJ and NC are?...also moved to NC from NJ in 2006. Does that change my SOL? or would the creditor go by the SOL from the state in which the debt occured? Any advice is helpful..thanx

The CA or a creditor can use the SOL in the state that the debt occurred or the state you currently live in. They usually choose the state with the longer SOLs. Here are some links.
