Santander Consumer not reporting correctly...HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

I have a car loan with Santander consumer since Jun 2013, I looked on my credit report and they have been reporting on multiple months that I have been 30 days past due. I looked at my bank statements and it shows I made that month's car payment. When I tried to call them they said their system shows I was 30 days past due in which I was not. I told them I have all my bank statements showing payment was made before the due date. I have tried to dispute with credit bureaus but have had no luck in the information being corrected. What should I do? Send my statements and copies of receipts from them by certified mail and also to the credit bueraus by certified mail? Their misreporting is definitely taking a toll on my credit. Please help!!!! Any suggestions or contact info maybe emails to actual people will help. Thank you!

Renewed disputes can be dismissed without investigation unless you provide new documentation in support of the dispute, you yes, send copies of new documentation.

I would send a direct dispute rather than disputing via the CRAs.

That will ensure that the creditor receives the supporting documentation, which the CRA could not forward to them as part of their e-Oscar automated dispute referral.
