Sent a PFD, but CA sent back a validation... I think???

Ok.. so I sent out a few PFD letters and then I also sent a few DV letters. The letter that I am referring to is a letter that I received from United Resourse.. I sent them a PFD ltr that I found on this site and they responded with a faxed copy from the OC of what the customer name is and what the amount owed is.

Then I received another letter after I sent the PFD from the CA stating that they "demand for payment" and that I can dispute the validity of the letter. Should I now send them a DV letter?

Now can I DV ALL the CA's that are on my CRs? Even though its way past the initial 30 days of when/if they sent me a letter to begin with?

IMO  you always DV before sending a PFD!!!   Know your SOL before touching your CR!!

it is never too late to send a DV  BUT  be sure of your SOL before doing so....If not past SOL they can demand payment OR file a lawsuit.

My SOL is 4yrs and that will be June 2008.. so I need to wait a month before I send anything. Thanks for the help.
