I know them, the have an account against me, yesterday i found out that the account was assigned to them, heres the kicker the apt complex that assigned them the collection no longer exists, they sold it, under new ownership who doesnt have any records of any tenants that moved out before the new owner took over.
I sent them a DV in may they signed for it on 5/12 then on 6/28 they updated my credit report, they never responded to my DV guess what they are in VIOLATION, they did however offer me a PFD, so call them talk to a miss jackson or an allen, if you want the phone number as you may have a different one cause they have 3 or 4 different offices send me a pm and I will send you a pm with their phone number(dont know if allowed to post the phone num. here)
With me, i filed a complaint against them to the FCRA and the BBB. they insisted that they never got my letter, but their signuature of the return receipt says otherwise. hehehehe, i got them. I sent all 3 CRA me letter i sent the CA and asked them to delete, what do they do, the dispute it, which i never asked for.
