thanks in advance for you help on this.....i have read and re-read all i can on here and i still dont know what to do. i need to raise my score as fast as i can. i have collections on my report that were sold to from a credit card or other original creditor. the original is more than 4 years old which is the sol in my state. what do i do now? i dont have money to say that i will make payments or pif. i was going to let them just drop off and wait out all the years and have a clean report. but from what i am reading or think i am reading i can have them deleted by a dv?? am i right or am i just not getting it? thanks again!
You may have a chance of getting them deleted...if they can't verify...but it not certain...some never verify..and never delete...when do they fall off???...if soon....I would wait...do you have CC debt???...if so pay that off/down...that could help...maybe using GW letters can help also..for the COs..and such...
