I sent an email to EO office today at Springleaf to discuss my account. I originally had a Beneficial HSBC Line of Credit which I entered into a DPM plan back in 2011. This is the last account on the DPM and I wanted to see if they will allow me to make direct payments to them rather than through DPM in exchange to have th account listed as "non derogatory". I was shocked to get an email and phone call within an hour. Unfortunately I missed the call, but looking forward to discussing the account tomorrow,
None of this will have an impact on my score, but looking to get this paid off sooner than later (I'm currently paying $50 to DPM) and since this only account left on the plan, I might as well handle it myself

Received call back today. Springleaf was so helpful. Was able to work out a plan for me to pay them directly, fix old items reporting incorrectly etc. Again, won't do much to my score, but happy for a) being reported correctly b)I'm able to pay off the debt c)no longer with DPM company.
