Stellar Recovery Agreed to PFD, but did not delete

Hello,

I'm having a problem with Steller recovery and was hoping for your help.  I had an outstanding balance with Dish Network for unreturned equiptment that has since been returned but I really want Steller Recovery  to deleate the 1,600.00 collection from my report not just update saying "paid".  Do you have any sugestions on how to get them to deleate it rather then update it?  The management is very difficult to work with and they told me they can only update not deleate.  I'm really worried because I'm buying a home within the next year and don't want this to damage my credit report.  Any help woud be greatly appriciated.

Can you help me with Stellar please. I havent called them yet,But i owe them 124 that i would like to pay off. I also want them to delete it from my report. How do i go about doing it

Hi I paid off an account with them and I need them to delete it from my file I am trying to buy a house and I don't need that blemish on my record they say they can't remove it. Is it something I can do

I talk to the guys at steller and they refused to do a PFD. How did you get them to do it?

Have you already sent a dv? They folded and deleted when I sent mine's.

My dw had one from Comcast that went to stellar. I called comcast, had them dig for the file n paid them. Then I dv'd stellar and the deleted.

Quick question for you--was it a legitimate collection charge?  I'm talking with them now about a collections mark on my Credit History that I had never heard about, but may be legitimate.  They've said that they don't do pay for deletes (Claimed it wasn't legally able to) but wanted to check if your case worked out similarly.
