Student loan question

I have several student loan accounts listed on my report. They have all been consolidated into one account. Some of them just say closed/transferred and have my status as current. Others list status as collection/charge off and are still reporting. What can I do?

I assume that they are federal student loans for which you have completed a rehab program, and the rehabbed debt was then picked up by a new creditor?
