Submitted the PRE HIPPA and every account was disputed???

How did this happen? I only submitted the Pre HIPPA to get a paid medical bill off and next thing I know they disputed every account I have. This was only for the paid medical bill not ALL of my accounts. Any help would be great.

So, every single TL on your CR is marked as "disputed"? Which CRA?

If this is the case, I would call the CRA ASAP.
