I cannot thank the OP enough for including the 2 email address's!!  I an a newbie and was scared about writing the GW letter and what if it dont work or I sound stupid etc. This site has been fantastic!!  I got brave and emailed them and sat on pins and needles. I got a email back this morning:

I cannot express how good it felt to finally have a stable job and good income again so that I could finally take care of a few bills that lasped when my company downsized and I had to go look for work at.

Things have turned around for me finally and I am looking forward to be a home owner  in the near future and with credit being such a big factor for a loan approval I am afraid this negative will be a road block. I am trying to hard to get back where I was with great credit before, its a slow process!
