Smalls, I am too a former TMobile customer: was with them for nearly 9 years.
But I was out of work for a while and of COURSE my handset broke - out of warrenty...lol
Anyway, the bill got left behind, and its a collection on my CR (Enhanced Recovery when name i s shown).
Will your phone number work for me, or should I just deal with T-Mobile direct, and ask for PFD?
Bill total is $300, stopped using the account maybe 2-3 ago.
@Anonymous wrote:you can settle the bill directly with tmobile and avoid any collection dept i will pm you the contact info if they cant help no one can....
Hi smalls92,
Would you mind PM'ing me tmobile information? My brother is in a very similar situation, and I would like to help him out if possible.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Dammit, I AM tired...because I kept looking at the date of the last post as 12-7 not 10/27
I need caffeine.
Anyway...BUMP.
could I get the same contact info as well??? Trying to get a t-mobile account off my credit. Is it better to work with the CA or the OC? Is the OC able to just delete the score even if it's showing as being reported by the CA?
