BK dropped off early (TU only) huge score increase! Chapter 7 hits 7 years on 11/12/19. Dropped off early following disputes call. Score went to 793 which is + 56 points. I am not complaining. Inching toward that 800 goal.
You disputed a BK and it fell offf early on TU your saying? It will come back once the investigation is done.
It most likely won’t come back as the court never responded back by the req deadline to TU

I'd love to know @morgacj2004 what did you put in the dispute. Its not mine to get it deleted under 7 years as a Chapter 7?
I simply told them to verify all of the details regarding the BK. I have been told TU is the easiest CRA to get a BK removed esp after 7 years.
I would love to say that the TU is the easiest but it proved me wrong.
I'm 5 years out of a chapter 7 and TU is the only CRA showing it.
I'm trying to get my file from LCI and they replied saying that they don't need to provide my report.
And, TU is not giving any info about where they are getting this "verified" thing! My Lexisnexis report is clean.
