I just received my new updated report from TU and its states what it deleted, etc.
It has listed a Paid civil judgement, verified, no change. I didn't even dispute this item.
The item I did dispute is not even listed on the updated report.
As for AFNI reporting after 2 years from DOFD had expired, that is fine. Nothing you can do about that. As long as they are reporting accurately and the account hasn't passed CRTP.
The two year on cell phones, landlines, etc is just for legal SOL(suing) not reporting SOL or CRTP.
As for the results showing an account that you didn't dispute, how did you dispute-- online, fax, mail? Do you have a copy of the dispute you submitted? If so, make sure you didn't somehow dispute the wrong thing. If you didn't, then you can contact them and ask why it was disputed, but not sure you'll ever get an answer.
Do you have a copy of what you sent them?
The account that you didn't dispute and they deleted, was it a good or bad account? Was it listed on your dispute results?
Yes, I have a copy of what I sent to TU.
The account that I didn't dispute and they deleted was not in my letter. It was a bad account and it was listed on my disputed results list.
