To dispute or not

Ok, got email and call from an account that is being deleted from CR. (hospital pulled back and deleting after GW to CFO of hosp) wondering if it'll delete faster if I dispute with CRA's

Re: To dispute or not

Better to wait an see if it drops.  A dispute might unduly interfere with the OC's process.  You may however ask the OC when they expect to communicate their decision to the CRAs and when you should see the changes.

cheers, Oy

Re: To dispute or not

I would wait 30 days and then dispute if it's not off of all three.  I had one case where it dropped off of 2 but not EQ after 30 days so I disputed with EQ.  Still "pending" investigation.

Re: To dispute or not

Because they said they would delete is not a basis to dispute with the CRAs.
