I have been fighting with TU and EX for the past month. TU refuse to delete a duplicate judgment even after I provided the evidence to show that it is a duplicate. Now what they have done is they changed the judgment amount from $1306.00 to $1,156.00. I absolutely do not know where they got that figure from. My court paper shows $1,306.00. and I received a letter from the Law office showing that the amount of $1,306.00 was satisfied and it was only one judgment. TU have them suing me twice even when the court papers show once. Since TU is reporting the wrong information can I now ask them to delete both of them completely because they are reporting false information. EX and EQ is reporting correctly.
My problem with EX is verifying judgments brought against me by my former land lord. I provided satisfied judgement that the law office emailed me twice to EX. TU and EQ deleted all of them. Experience updated twice. I got a signed court copy from the law office finally on Friday. I am going to send it off to them.
Thanks everyone for all your help...
