Hi,
I have been able to upload document on for experian and equifax to support my dispute. But haven't been able to with Transunion, does anyone know if this is possible? I know that CFPB made an announcment about 14 months agos stating this would be possible.
How can I send them suppoting documents? is there a fax? othen then by mail

I would try a different browser, When I tried to upload using Chrome it would not let me, I then downladed Mozella Firefox, and the upload went through.

Yes, the CFPB made an announcement that they considered the CRA practice of unilaterally deciding what was or was not relevant, and thus would be forwarded to the furnisher, was inadequate, and that they expected CRAs to comply with the forwarding of "all relevant information" reqirment of the statute.
However, the CFPB did not give details of how or when e-Oscar might be modified to permit this.
The CRA policy of not sending all information and arguments made by the consumer to the furnisher was the primary reason why the direct dispute process was implemented, which assures that all relevant documentation and arguments are received by the furnisher, and thus before them when they concuct their reasonable investigation.
You can forward all supporing documents and arguments by using the direct dispute process of FCRA 623(a)(8), thus avoiding any admin processing by the CRAs.
I had mailed my documents in directly. I had the exact same problem. They did receive them a few days later and updated my files when I called the dispute dept the following week. I know this sounds like a hassle, wish I had seen the fax # post.
