UPDATE! How to handle Enhanced Recovery Company

Add me to the club...a paid collection with ERC from 2012...disputed and deleted. I will say, I honestly had no knowledge of that account but it is gone.

Add me as well just had ERC add a sprint bill to my Experian Yesterday deleted today. It was added to my Equifax today sent in dispute this evening waiting for results. Glad  found this thread makes me feel good about outcome. Thanks Love this site.

Another update, my Equifax is now dropped as well. My score shot up 49 points from 581 to 630! Just waiting on Transunion now.

Thanks for posting, are you disputing directly with all 3B's and is it by phone or online?

I pulled credit reports from all 3 bureaus and disputed the collections with them online.

Like I mentioned, the Experian report was updated in a day, Equifax took 2-3 days and I'm waiting on Transunion still. Hopefully it will be cleared by next week.

I can confirm that ERC is getting deleted from CRs. I put in my dispute about 2 hours ago and it has been removed from all 3 of my reports already and my score went up 30 points!! It was the last baddie that I had and now im all clean!!! Time to continue my rebuilding process. Im super happy I found this thread. Many thanks to the OP!!!

Yours were removed from all 3 in 2 hours? Interesting. My Experian took 1 day, Equifax 2 days, and I'm still waiting on TransUnion.

Well what I can say is that I had started a dispute with it a week ago on Transunion but I hadnt started one on the other 2 credit reports... When I found this post I went and disputed it with them and they have now been removed ... I dont know if it happened quick because I started one with Transunion a week ago or if I just got extremely lucky.
