I went ahead and gave up and paid T-mobile skipping over West Asset Management. What should I do next ??? I would love this gone from my CR. Should I dv WAM since they are reporting ?
Whenever a CA is reporting, always DV before doing anything.
I'd also ready some GW letters to the CA.

I just Dv'd aswell as stated how I felt WAM was under certain violations. And I also have a boat load of GW's ready.
So An ECR from Tmobile calls and after a 10 minute conversation that goes no where she tells me that they will not pull the account from Colections, and she can change it to " paid in full" so I told her that shes not doing that for me, that t-mobile is obligated to do that, that this no favor to me. And she says thats all that can be done. I HATTTTTTTE T-Mobile. Guess to GW West Asset Management to death
I hate T-mobile as well...their services are even terrible! I have a collection with them that's owned by Midland now....I hope i have some luck...

I was a customer for 10yrs....at the end they didnt give a dam about me
