Utilization Question

I have a Credit Union Installment CO. The Limit showing is $7,310 and the Balance reporting is $7,309. Do Installments count on Utlization or just the Revolving debt? either way they have offered a settlemnt that I am going to accept to get this behind me then GW them to death.. Would not do a PFD

Installment loans difer from credit UTIL and should not affect your UTIL just your debt to income ratio.
