Hi!
Did you find much help in vacating judgments in NJ? I am in the same situation as you, I moved and evidentally the judgment notices were mailed to my old address and now I live 5 hours away. I can't find any info on if I have to travel back to NJ to file the motion to vacate or if I can start the process from here. I just started making a list of lawyers in nj to call that hopefully can help. If multiple trips up are required, it'd be cheaper to just get a lawyer I think. Please let me know if you found out if you can mail forms in etc. Monmouth County Courts have been no help to me. thanks!
