Re: Validation received, please help

since the valdation letter states i have 30 days to dispute or they will assume the debt is valid, won't I be running the risk of resetting the SOL if i don't at least respond within the 30 days if only simply to state I dispute the debt? It was so close to falling of my report and would love it to just go away. Any thoughts or experience with this same type of dilemma ? I'd love to hear your feed back.

Re: Validation received, please help

Any thoughts on this anyone? Since the valdation letter received states i have 30 days to dispute or they will assume the debt is valid, will I be running the risk of resetting the SOL if i don't at least respond within the 30 days if only simply to state I still dispute the debt? I was thinking I needed to try PFD or should i wait it out and see if they contact me again? Again this has been currently deleted from my CRs since I sent the DV letter but they have now sent the validation back. It was so close to falling of my report (dofd was 5/2005) and would love it to just go away. Any thoughts or experience with this same type of dilemma ? I'd love to hear your feed back.
