I had a business line through my job from Verizon. Every time I've tried to pay my bill, they could never find my account. It was always registered to someone else. They tried to look it up through my social security number, my zip code, the actual account number, and nothing..Well TODAY, MIRACULOUSLY, they found my account and sent it to a Collections Agency. The problem with this is when the guy asked me what my address was, they had an address from North Carolina which I never ever lived!!! This is why I never got a bill. The bill is only $66 and I have four personal lines with Verizon that is $200 a month and I've always paid it in full. I never had a balance with them. What should I do for them to take it off my credit report???? Verizon had the wrong address and even spelled my name wrong.
