Before my wife and I got married, she had a Verizon account and ended her contract early. She also had a relatively high balance and eventually called Verizon and worked out a payment plan. Though this account was never turned over to collections, what is being reported is nothing but inconsistant.

Some of the months show one thing with Experian and a completely different thing with Equifax while TU shows no data. This was NOT bad debt, was not sent to collection and was not a charge off. My wife made the payments to pay this debt and this reporting is completely innacurate.
I've gone the GW route with this account rather than pointing out their blatant innacuracies. Does anyone know what the success rate is with Verizon in getting them to correct this information? We've disputed the account with the credit bureaus with no success. Thanks for any info!!

It may have been a CO. How long was it before she "eventually called Verizon and worked out a payment plan"?
