1st post here and finally got 2 lates one from 15' and 16' removed. I just called and asked for an account review and requested they be removed. Got a letter and even saw on my updated reports its been cleared. They even credited my account one $35 dollar late fee. I have a few more im working on and ill update my progress. I read these threads since i started working on my credit and hope that helps someone out there like these threads have helped me.
