Well this is a first for me. About a week ago, I sent in a GW PFD email to Wescom Credit Union CEO regarding a CO'd account. I didn't expect a phone call from the actual CEO himself.
He said he's not familiar with the concept of "PFD". That seemed a little off to me. He went on to say that he will defer to his lead credit analyst regarding the matter and get back to me on how we can proceed. He also seemed receptive of the fact that there's no incentive for me to pay it off if the TL won't get deleted.
So fingers crossed. I hope this works out! I'll post here when I get an update

Well, it's not a no! Hope it goes well!
BTW, I bank with Wescom...they didn't want anything to do with me at the beginning of my rebuild and in August, they were more than happy to give me a $2500 Visa...which I rarely use. They can be conservative lenders, but do offer good personal service overall, too.
