If you didn't do a BK or anyhting like that then you probably never opted out. No harm in trying it now if you wanted to. Just if you don't get it try again later.

Oooo do a search on the fourm. Basically you don't buy anything. Go to the place (disable pop up blocker) and checkout as guest and fill your address out. Once you submit address it'll ask you for a payment and if it does not pop up with a offer you didn't get it.
