What actions reset or could potentially reset SOL? I am in Texas if that matters.
Input is appreciated.
You would have to enter into a new contract. So if they sent you something and you agreed to it, "in writing", that would constitute a new contract with a new SOL.

So anything like payment plans would re-age accounts?
And PFD the only "in writing" agreement that wouldn't re-age?
Reason why I ask, I'm considering sending out a few emails.

If you enter into a new payment plan and then you fall through with the agreed plan, then it could reset the SOL.
If you get the PFD and they agree to it, if you pay, then there is no SOL. There is not a SOL on an account with a $0 balance.
Don't confuse the SOL with the CRTP. It won't change how long it can stay on your CR.
