What do I do with this response from OC on my PFD attempt??

This is the response I got from Sprint on my PFD email:

Mr. Xxxxx

Thank you for your recent inquiry to sprint executive offices. Please except my apology for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused you.

We have tried to reach you @ xxx-xxx-xxxx regarding you billing issues and have been unsuccessful.

If this issue remains unresolved, please contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx between 7-4 mon-fri.

Should I ignore them and wait to see if I get a agreement for the PFD or call him?

I'm not sure what that means-but was going to ask, how did you go about asking for a PFD, mail/e-mail or phone call?  Is there a specific way to word it?

A PFD is an offer.  You are in negotiations.

They apparently have a response.

I would definately not ignore thtem, I would call and hear their position.
