What are your reported individual and aggregate utilization ratio?
Look into AZEO Technique. All Zero Except One card reporting a small balance e.g. $5-$10. Use a bank card. Do not use a store card.
Get your reported CC aggregate utility at or below 8.9% for full FICO points optimization.
You might want to address any derogatory you have; delinquency, charge off, collection, etc. If they are updating monthly, it'll keep your scores suppressed.
You only need one loan. I'd pay off the two that will complete first and keep the one with the most payments left. Normally I would say you don't need a secured card when you have three unsecured cards, and I don't know the bank that holds your secured card, but I would ditch the First Premier card as soon as possible and keep the other three. As @AllZero said, what are the balances on your cards?
Pay off FP and close it. Pay off the secured and the Kohl’s, and pay CreditOne down to $10, let that report, then pay it off. Each month, use the cards as you see fit but be sure to rinse and repeat each month - CreditOne at $10, the other two at zero. This is AZEO, all zero except one.
Do that, clean up your derogs as stated, don't apply for anything for a year, and you'll see good score gains.

Just being in the 600s is not specific enough - we need to be at 670 FICO for a "good" rating. As noted by another contributor here, we need to know your utilization. But even getting optimal utililization, you'll want to make sure there are no baddies that could negate an increase from lowering your balances. Good luck!
