What next after CA signed CMRRR. Are they deleted a item while investigate ?

I received green card back. What are they going to do with my request?

It's just 2 weeks now. should I expect they remove the item while investigate or collect info in my requirement?

IT is really bad if there are no guide line for time frame to complete this procedure. Anybody know or has experience about this DV please share with us. Thanks so much.

A CA has 30 days from the time that they sign for the letter.

1.  I should wait 30 days and then pull my credit score to see if goes up or down or see it remove or not.

2.  How do I know they remove it or still leave it there.

3.  Because  I read somewhere. CA don't have to answear my CMRRR. so confuse please clear the path for us thanks

You need to check your CR in order to see if they deleted. They do NOT have to answer but they must stop all reporting until they do answer it.

Want to confirm about this. Because they stop reporting therefore my score go up for temporary only. I should wait until they answer it, to make sure it is permanant remove or not. Is this correct?

They can report and update until they send you validation. If they do not validate they have to stop updating & should delete. They usually do not delete until you force them to.

They should notify the CRAs that it is *disputed* unless they deleted it though. The amount owed is not removed from the scoring formula while being disputed.

Re: What next after CA signed CMRRR. Are they deleted a item while investigate ?

My credit report is excellent for 15 years but there is 1 collection amount that not belong to me. This is totally a mistake in my report. If you said "The amount owed is not removed from the scoring formula while being disputed". Why my score jumbs 106 points ?

How do I force them to delete.? or write CA letter say since you are not validate the account you must delete it in my CRA. or there is a template letter in fisco forum. Thank you for your input.

get a hard copy of your report and verify whether they made the "dispute" note on the tradeline while investigationg - if they didn't, you can use it later at your advantage as proof of another violation.

In order to get a hard copy of a new report. I have to pay $14.95 for experian right? I already used up 3 CRAs trials with score. Equifax requires to pay annualy payment. Do I have any other choice. Please share with us.

  Thanks

I use credit monitoring systems from equifax, chase and freecreditreport that let me pull daily reports - a hard copy from one of them would be sufficient for this purpose.
