What should be the priority?

I have 2 unpaid judgments, 3 medical collections that are still within SOL, two accounts that are past SOL, and a few collections that are recent. Which should I tackle first if I want to increase my score.

Unless you can PIF the debts that are within SOL, I would deal with the accounts beyond SOL.

thanks that was a fast response. I will go for the accts out of SOL and send PFD or a partial payment, but do I send it to the OC or the CA?

If the OC still owns the account and will pull it back from collections and allow you to pay, then you can deal with the OC.

Otherwise, you will have to deal with the CA.

Remember, DV before PFD.
