When Does Collection Fall Off of Report?

I have a collection on my account whose Date of 1st Deliquency is on November 2008. On 5/23/2011, I paid a settlement for less than was owed which is shown on my report as Last Payment Date 05/23/2011.

So will this collection fall off 7-1/2 years from the Date of 1st Delinquency or 7-1/2 years from the Last Payment Date? I've read conflicting information about this so I would appreciate it if someone would clear this up for me.
