When do you send MOV?

I sent out two DV's to the AFNI with no response. The first was sent 4/01/08. I received the GC and they updated on 4/14 with TU and EQ. Sent out the 15 day dv later. I'm wondering should I send a MOV to the cra's now, or send copies of gc, cmrrr, dv letter, etc and ask for removal? If they already verified for last month what are the chances of them removing without MOV?

Not sure what you mean by "15 day DV" .

You can't request MOV(Method of Verification) until you have disputed with the CRA and the CA has "verified" it.

You request MOV as soon as you get your dispute results back.

You need to send a dispute to the CRA's with copies of CM receipt, GC, DV and follow up letter, stating that AFNI failed to provide validation that you owe this debt.

AFNI is also in violations if they updated your reports after receiving your DV. Keep your papertrail going.

MOV, as sidewinder stated, is done after you dispute and the CRA's verify it. Then you would ask them HOW since AFNI refused to provide you with anything.
