When should I apply for EE

I have 3 CO accounts with the date on the file until on EX 4/1/2022 and TU 6/1/2022. I understand EX is 3 months and TU is 6 months early. Considering this  when is earliest I can  submit the EE request. Can I submit on 1/5/2022 for both TU and EX or wait till 2/5/2022 and submit to both TU and EX. I am hoping to clean up every thing else befoe then. Once these 3 COs drop off it would be like an icing on the cake. Can not wait. Any suggestions when I should request EE.

Not quite the case for EX. EX's "on record until" date already includes 2 months of EE, and since their policy is 3 months, the earliest you could request EE is 1 month prior to their stated date.

For TU, yes, 6 months early, and EQ also only 1 month earlier than their stated date, though it's not advised to ask them, as they tend to mess things up.
