When to send another round of GW letters to Cap One

Well, my first round of GW letters was a no go with cap one. How long should I wait to try again? Should I wait 30 days and do it again or try every few weeks? What has worked with you guys with Cap One?

More important than when you send renewed requests may be who you send them to.

Sending to their regular postal address is apt to result in the same standard policy denial.

Have you pursued with anyone in their management?

My last request was an email to the CEO and than a few days later reviewed a phone call telling me it's a no go...so wondering if I should wait a few weeks to send a new round in the mail or try the email again.

No sad crocodile tears story. Just two major moves across country in two months for work.

I think two moves in two months could be a compelling enough story. Did you receive the statements?  I could see how you missed them during the moves.

Although Macys denied a 30-day late removal, they did ask for the change of address from USPS. I hope this helps.

I was kindly reminded I had mail forwarding and a PO Box lol so they didn't care. Funny thing is that the charge offs were 125 bucks for one and if I remember correctly like 200 for the other one. Not large amounts, but still charge offs

I still say keep trying as you have nothing to lose. You moving twice still may get someone's attention. This is why sometimes several attempts can make a difference. It can be very simple as it getting into the right hands at the right time of someone who may actually care. Not saying it will work, but it is worth the shot.
