If they are sold off...maybe you can DV them...if they come back verified..then GW them for removal...make sure all are saying $0 balance...except for the most recent one...GOOD LUCK!!!

Do you know who has the account now?

What is DOLA, DOFD, SOL?

the sol is out on both i think it is a voluntary repo from 02 on the oc but the ca company lists it as 06 and both show the balance as 13800 still owed.should the oc drop it after it is sold off.(thank you)

No..it can stay on while the other company is reporting...that's fair game...but it should show a $0 balance...

When you say it list it as 06, do you mean it list date open as 06 with the CA? If so, that is fine, date open doesn't mean a whole lot.

The OC can continue to report, but if they sold the account, they should be showing a $0 balance.

If they just assigned the account to the CA, they'll both report a balance.

If SOL is out, I'd DV the CA. But with an amount that large, make 110% certain SOL is out.
