help with Commonwealth Financial Systems

Thank you. I quickly searched the forum for pfd with commonwealth and they seem to honor it. I encountered the same processes that most did. Settlement offer, receipt, and then notice that they will contact the three agencies. Jumped on it immediately. I remember my score jumped to 780 when the account was removed from the previous ca. Then commonwealth showed up again and dropped 100 points. Hopefully after the removals, I'll be back up to high 700s. Currently I'm at 640s with this one baddie.
2.25 years longest, 1 year average, tcl at 9.8k
Can't wait for another jump, but I'll be still in the garden anyway.

Instead of upon clearing of funds, it now shows this:

This shall confirm this debt as "Satisfied" and you will have no further

obligation to the above referenced creditor. We will also notify the three major credit bureaus to delete

the above referenced account as soon as possible

balance of the referenced acount is also 0. i think i'm good?

Status Update:

It has only been two days since PFD and I already received the update.

I have the Experian Credit Tracker that updates more frequently. Account is removed from my report and my score increased by 99 points!

Still waiting on TU and EQ
