I cant' believe it... i just had all disputes removed from credit report. I wrote a good will letter and once again my account is in dispute status. I am not disputing anything, I just wanted them to consider removing the lates!!!!!!! UGGGGGGGHHH, at least I have a contact name to get this dispute status removed right away but my quesiton is this...while the account is in "dispute" status will the 30 and 60 day lates be removed from my credit report and once the dispute is resolved they would go back on??? Both of the 30 and 60 day lates that I had written a good will letter for are no longer showing on the report. I am wondering if this is because the creditor removed them or if they are just removed while the account is in dispute?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Quite a few OCs/CAs will mark your account in dispute even after sending a GW. I have one TL like that. I never disputed it but the GWs kick in that comment for at least a few months at a time. BTW, your account isn't in dispute. They just get overzealous with the comment.
If your lates disappeared after sending the GW, then I'd expect them to stay off.
