So I get dinged twice for the bankruptcy?  once with the public record and again with the actual lender?

This is what it looks like (the CLC is being taken care of, as it was erroneously put on my CR; ACS has stated they are removing) only two things remaining are the WFHM and Chase.

From what I am being told, the OC account is not dinged only the BK itself.  The OC account just shows adverse because it was IIB.

Okay, thank you for checking. wonder if at the 7 year mark it will fall off, or if I can ask to have it removed altogether since the Bk is there (writing the creditors, that is); not so much for score but for "how it looks" to an underwriter

all accounts included in your chapter 7 BK will be automatically removed at the 7 yr mark
